Hiding details in pivot tables but still showing rollup

Here is a sample of my data (the mr.excel clipper got cranky with the pivot table for some reason). Column D is a calculated field (based on the employee status). I'd love to hide the detail in red, but show the overall in green. Can that be done? Showing the 0% or 100% isn't very interesting - but the total is interesting.

Excel Facts

Highlight Duplicates
Home, Conditional Formatting, Highlight Cells, Duplicate records, OK to add pink formatting to any duplicates in selected range.
Are those groups hierarchical? Like, Project, then Phase, then Employee? It'd be much easier to see a screen-shot and not just cell copies.
