Hiding & unhiding data dependent on selection

Hi

I am trying to create an order form, the form can incorporate multiple countries. What i need the form to do is when the user enters how many countries they need that only that many countries are unhidden in the form. So if the user wants to enter information for 3 countries out of 5 that only 3 tables are unhidden rather than showing all 5. is this possible?
