Highest Number in Last Four Values of a Dynamic Range

Hi,

In column B I have numeric values being pasted at 1 second intervals into the next available cell. I am trying to come up with a formula that returns the highest number in the last 4 values.

Is that possible?

Yes
it is possible try this formula:

     =MAX(OFFSET(B1,COUNT(B:B)-4,0,4,1))
