Highlight part of a cell in a different colour

Hi,

I have exported a file from Access. I would like to be able to highlight in a different colour if part of a cell contents contain a certain word/words. I have tried Conditional Formatting but it seems to highlight the whole cell contents. Can anybody help?

You can alter the font colour of part of a cell manually (not with CF) but you cannot alter part of the background colour.

Only with code, and only if the cell contains literal values, rather than formulas.
