I have two columns (a and b) both populated with dates down to the 10th row. How would I compare column a to column b (for the entire column so, a2 to b2, a3 to b3, etc) and then highlight which of the cells in those 2 cells pairs is the more recent date? I was able to figure out the MAX formula but while it was generating a 3rd row with the correct answer I have been unable to figure out the highlighting and would prefer to just highlight the greater date without generating another column of data (if possible).
