Hi

If A1 = £3.59 and B1 = £3.60 and C1 = £3.32 what formula or conditional format do I need to have the lesser value (in this case C1) to be highlighted?

The values change as you go down the worksheet and on line B it could be B2 which has the lesser value.

Thanks

Why does 9 mean SUM in SUBTOTAL?
It is because Sum is the 9th alphabetically in Average, Count, CountA, Max, Min, Product, StDev.S, StDev.P, Sum, VAR.S, VAR.P.
Hi

Thanks, that works on one line but how do I get it to continue the format all down the sheet?

Thanks
