Highlighting active cell row

Hi, i need a macro to highlighting active cell row.
If cell G10 is selected, then the macro to highlight row 10.

I need to verify every month something in a table and it's easier if i can use find function, and when i find the code i need, the macro to highlight that row.

When i move to another cell, to highlight the new row.

can this be done?
