I am in a quandry about highlighting rows that if Cell K2 is a negative (<0), Cell N2 is not #N/A (this is a date formatted column) and if Cell P2 is >0, then highlight Cell C2 row using Yellow. and all the way down the rows.

Any direction or help would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Bill

Ok, try this...

Let's assume the range of interest is C2:C100.

Select the *entire* range C2:C100 starting from cell C2. Cell C2 will be the active cell. The active cell is the one cell in the selected range that is not shaded. The formula will be relative to the active cell.
  • Goto the menu Format>Conditional Formatting
  • Select the Formula Is option
  • Enter this formula in the box on the right:
  • =AND(K2<0,NOT(ISNA(N2)),N(P2),P2>0)
  • Click the Format button
  • Select the Patterns tab
  • Select a shade of yellow
  • OK out
