highlighting rows using conditional formatting

Hi all,

Is there a way I can alternate highlighting 3 rows at a time using conditioning formatting? As in below:

a1 (highlighted in gray)
a2 (highlighted in gray)
a3 (highlighted in gray)
a4 (no color)
a5 (no color)
a6 (no color)
a7 (highlighted in gray)
a8 (highlighted in gray)
a9 (highlighted in gray)
... etc

Links? Where??
If Excel says you have links but you can't find them, go to Formulas, Name Manager. Look for old links to dead workbooks & delete.
After Selecting your Row-Header of Row 1 - Post this formula into the Conditional Formatting box. Use Format painter to select Row 1 and Pait down the other Row-Headers..


=MOD(INT(ROW()-1)/3-1,2)>=1
