I have a spreadsheet doing an hlookup based on date on a seperate speadsheet, and it was working. I've needed to add a few rows in both
and copied the hlookup formula to the new rows. The new rows continue to pull data from original rows. I changed the row number they should pull from and I have tried saving and closing.
Thanks

When did Power Query debut in Excel?
Although it was an add-in in Excel 2010 & Excel 2013, Power Query became a part of Excel in 2016, in Data, Get & Transform Data.
If you only changeD the row number:

HLOOKUP( value, table_array, index_number, not_exact_match )

but you have left the range the same

HLOOKUP( value, table_array, index_number, not_exact_match )

that won't help.

Try to extend the table_array let say from A1:H2 to A1:H20.
