Hours worked minus meals

I need a formula for this example in cell: G5 that will calculate the time between the start time and the dismissal time minus 1 meal or 2 meals for the same day worked ?
The meal are counted for every 15 minutes

See Example :

Yes I do, because per day I could have 2 meals.
