how can i copy a formula from one workbook to another?

Hi everyone,

how can i copy a sheet with formulas into another workbook ?
i keep getting the fourmulars with the origanal spreedsheet as part of it?
Help please

After pasting, choose Edit|Links and change the source to the new workbook by browsing (you will need to have saved it of course).
