How can i make a piece of code run for each sheet ?

To make it run for the following sheets that is already selected?

Code:
        Rows("2:2").Select
    Selection.AutoFilter

Excel Facts

Select all contiguous cells
Pressing Ctrl+* (asterisk) will select the "current region" - all contiguous cells in all directions.
Perhaps:

Code:
Public Sub FilterEachSheet()
Dim ws As Worksheet
For Each ws In ActiveWorkbook.Worksheets
    ws.Rows(2).AutoFilter
Next ws
End Sub

Dim ws As Worksheet
For Each ws In ActiveWorkbook.Worksheets
