How can i put 0001

When i enter 0001 excel automatically changes it to 1. How can i stop this

If you are entering the data to cell on the worksheet, first format the cell as "Text" .

You can also Format the cell with Custom Format 0000

It depends on whether you want to enter a text value (i.e., "0001") or an numeric value, 1, that formatted as 0000.
