How can I save the whole Excel file in PDF and at the same time retain each sheet footer number and not the running number

I have an Excel file with multiple sheets and each sheet has its own footer reference and number. However, when I select all sheets to save it as a whole PDF file, the footer reference number changes to continue number from 1 onward until the last sheet number. How can I save the whole Excel file in PDF and at the same time retain each sheet footer number and not the running number?
