I have data relating to recruitment process. I want to see the latest dates on top everyday and as I work on it.
I have a difficulty of going down thousands of rows searching for today's data. I have daily 100 rows of updates. Is this possible by any Excel formulas without going for macros or VBA?

What did Pito Salas invent?
Pito Salas, working for Lotus, popularized what would become to be pivot tables. It was released as Lotus Improv in 1989.

Does...

=LOOKUP(9.99999999999999E+307,B:B)

give you what you want?

Care to post 5 rows of your data along with the outcome you want to see? And what is the current range including the headers you might have?

Ok, but there is nothing told about the outcome you want to see and where you want that outcome for the sample data the file contains (see also below).

Aladin,
As I said, I want to see the data with the latest dates on top, as simple as it. Data will not be changed in any way. I want just this. But, is there a way out for this in Excel. Everyday I have a problem going down for at least 100 rows for today's data and this is a recurring problem for me. Here is the data how I want to see.

hi,
just right click on the cell of that particular row then sort on the basis of newest to oldest.
