You can use the DataObject to put and get text from the clipboard. To use the DataObject, you must a reference set to MSForms. If you have a UserForm in your VBA probject then this reference is already set.

  Dim DObj As New DataObject

    DObj.SetText "Put this on the clipboard."
    DObj.PutInClipboard
