How can minus any date from userform textbox.

Hi,

I have create one userform and i want if i put any date in textbox1 then textbox2 value should be textbox1.value + 364 days.using VBA codes

like i put 19/07/2014 this date in textbox1 then texbox value should be 18/07/2015.

Please help me on this please .

    If IsDate(DateValue(TextBox1.Value)) Then
        TextBox2.Value = DateValue(TextBox1.Value) + 364
    End If
