How do I allow a dropdown list with multiple selections that will also show the number values for that selection in another cell?

i have several columns (category, details, cost, etc.)
for each of those columns there are lists.
i want the correct lists to appear for each column when I select something from the lists from a dropdown list among the columns.
For example:
If the lists in the category column are: apple, bread, blueberries
and the lists in details (for apple as with the other categories) are: red, white, blue
and the lists in costs (for apple and red) are: $3.00
When I select apple and bread, i want it show another dropdown list for details for apple and bread in the next column under the row of apple and bread, and when I select red and white for apple, i want it to also show the cost for each detail in a different column, as well as for the bread category.
When I select multiple selections from a list, i want them to show in different rows within the same column instead of within a single cell.
When I select multiple selections, and the costs show, i want the costs that are shown to add onto the total at the bottom.
Basically, I want to be able to see the costs differing whenever I choose different selections from the columns.

How to change case of text in Excel?
Use =UPPER() for upper case, =LOWER() for lower case, and =PROPER() for proper case. PROPER won't capitalize second c in Mccartney
