Hi,

I am using Excel 2007.

I have latitude and longitude data into two columns. However, I need this data in one column separated by a space.

For example, in a single cell (formatted as text) I would have -16.5948 47.3642

I am importing this excel file to the web and they want the gps coordinates as one column as opposed to 2.

I have been playing around with the "text to columns" but I haven't found a way to make it work yet.

Thank you in advance,
Chris

What is =ROMAN(40) in Excel?
The Roman numeral for 40 is XL. Bill "MrExcel" Jelen's 40th book was called MrExcel XL.
Very cool, both of these ideas worked great.

Many thanks,
Chris
Cheers, thanks for the feedback. They are actually both the same idea. Using the '&' is just a shorthand way to concatenate.
