Code:
Set sh = wb.Sheets("Hours")

    If sh.Range("c2") = "12" Then
Set sh = wb.Sheets("Work")

        sh.Range("D" & Rows.Count).End(xlUp).Offset(1).Value = "HOURS"
        sh.Range("D" & Rows.Count).End(xlUp).Offset(1).Value = "HOURS"
        sh.Range("D" & Rows.Count).End(xlUp).Offset(1).Value = "HOURS"
        sh.Range("D" & Rows.Count).End(xlUp).Offset(1).Value = "HOURS"
        sh.Range("D" & Rows.Count).End(xlUp).Offset(1).Value = "HOURS"
        sh.Range("D" & Rows.Count).End(xlUp).Offset(1).Value = "HOURS"
        sh.Range("D" & Rows.Count).End(xlUp).Offset(1).Value = "HOURS"
        sh.Range("D" & Rows.Count).End(xlUp).Offset(1).Value = "HOURS"
        sh.Range("D" & Rows.Count).End(xlUp).Offset(1).Value = "HOURS"
        sh.Range("D" & Rows.Count).End(xlUp).Offset(1).Value = "HOURS"
        sh.Range("D" & Rows.Count).End(xlUp).Offset(1).Value = "HOURS"
        sh.Range("D" & Rows.Count).End(xlUp).Offset(1).Value = "HOURS"

    End If

This code looks at cell C2 on sheet Hours and if the number in this example is 12 it writes 12 HOURS text to the next 12 available D fields on sheet Work...how can I condense and clean this up? Thanks!

Excel Facts

VLOOKUP to Left?
Use =VLOOKUP(A2,CHOOSE({1,2},$Z$1:$Z$99,$Y$1:$Y$99),2,False) to lookup Y values to left of Z values.
Try:
Code:
Sub Test()
    Application.ScreenUpdating = False
    Dim bottomD As Long
    bottomD = Sheets("Work").Range("D" & Rows.Count).End(xlUp).Row
    Sheets("Work").Range("D" & bottomD + 1 & ":D" & bottomD + Sheets("Hours").Range("C12")) = "HOURS"
    Application.ScreenUpdating = True
End Sub
