How do I DblClick to Nav to Sheet

I have an image in one sheet and I want to be able to dblclick the image and move to the top on another sheet in the same book. There doesn't seem to be very much on the web.

Does it have to be a dbl click? If not simply insert a hyperlink with the location you want to go to. Then if you ever want to just select the picture click while holding CTRL and it will do that.
