How do I exclude blank rows from my Pivot Table?

I have a pivot table that lists manufactured grades going down with the corresponding production tons by month for each grade going across. We have hundreds of grades; but, only produce a fraction of them. I want my pivot table to show only the grades that have planned production and exclude the grades that have zeros/blanks/dashes for each month of the year. How do I do this? I looked under PivotTable Options, Display; but, don't see where to fix this. The "Show items with no data on rows" and "Show items with no data on columns" options are UNCHECKED and grayed out (I cannot select them). The "Display item labels when no fields are in the values area" is CHECKED and grayed out (I cannot select it).

How can you turn a range sideways?
Copy the range. Select a blank cell. Right-click, Paste Special, then choose Transpose.
