how do i inserting form number in excel

i create a form in excel, in cell AB i want to create numerical number in sequence, i want to print 300 set on a 2 ply paper, i know how to do it with mail merger with a microsoft word document but i have the form created in excel i want the following number 00001001 to print on the white and then on the yellow sheet then on the next white sheet (set) i want to print 00001002, on the white and then the yellow sheet then on the 3rd set 00001003 all the way to 00001300
