How do I link two excel files.....

that we share over a local network so when data is inputted into one file it is also updated in another spreadsheet Please?

Would really appreciate any help you could give me with this as my other attempts have failed miserably.

Excel Facts

Quick Sum
Select a range of cells. The total appears in bottom right of Excel screen. Right-click total to add Max, Min, Count, Average.
