Can anyone give me a hand with this....

I have a list of names that is the the result of an Array Formula and I am trying to gather the unique values.

The list of names will be dynamic so the name range is large (200 rows) but it may only have a few names in it or it may be full...

I can do this easily will a standard list but the fact that it is the result of an Array Formula is causing me grief.

This result will then be used to populate a list box.

Thoughts?
