How do I write a macro to copy data in row to the end of a list, and continue to grow the list?

I am trying to write a macro that I can use to move data from row 4 to row 5. Then move the data in row 5 to the bottom of a list, say row 942. I would like to do the dame thing again the next day. Move row 4 data to row 5, then row 5 now to row 943 (the bottom of the list). I would like to be able to do this and continue to grow the list. Any ideas?

Excel Facts

Test for Multiple Conditions in IF?
Use AND(test, test, test, test) or OR(test, test, test, ...) as the logical_test argument of IF.
I would also like to clear out the data in row 4 after it has been moved to row 5
