how do we un protect our excel sheet

I have forgotton my password and want to up protect the excel sheet.

can anyone please help me??

Hi

Due to Board rules we will be unable to assist (however justified the request) in any way in removing the Protection assigned to your sheet. You will have to look elsewhere.
