How do you call a UDF from a hyperlink function by simply hovering over a cell?

Spawned from this thread. I could not find anything on the web, so I figured I would create a new thread for my own sake and for anyone else who might have the same question.
I am curious as to how I can call a User Defined Function by hovering over a cell that contains a HYPERLINK function in it. Not clicking the cell, but hovering.

Well, Rory just posted in the other thread (mentioned above).

It works! However, it calls the function many times as you hover. Almost like a mouse move action. If you want to only run a single operation, you will have to account for some other property such as the range address.
