For example part of the text string should appear as

"Sheet1"

I wrote it in the formula as:

="""&"Sheet1"&"""

But excel returned error.

How should it be done?

Thanks

How to fill five years of quarters?
Type 1Q-2023 in a cell. Grab the fill handle and drag down or right. After 4Q-2023, Excel will jump to 1Q-2024. Dash can be any character.

To put a single quote inside a string literal, use two quotes. So, in your case use """Sheet1"""
