Here's the scenario:

Employees work 3 shifts-24/7. I need to find a way to automate vacation schedules.

The difficult part is that they work 5 straight days and then 2 days off. their vacation begins on the first day back ie: work M-F, 0700-2300, off S/S. So their vacation would start the following Monday.

Also, I just built a spreadsheet that has A LOT of linking going on. Since I do not know VBA - would that be a better way to clean it up and eliminate so many sheets? Does anyone know someone who is willing to take a look at it and try to help me? I'm getting really frustrated :(
