How many calendar months between 2 dates?

Hi All,

I'm looking for a formula based solution to work out the number of calendar months between 2 given dates - including the months to which the start an end dates belong.

I prefer a formula solution but if that's not possible I could use an UDF.

=DATEDIF(A1,B1,"m")

where A1 has the earlier date.
