How many days in a month

Hi all I am using window 2003 I need formula 4 how many day in different between two days example 1st march11 to 31st may 11 92days 31days in march 30days in april 31days in may like tat no of day in month I req hope u understand wat my point I am using window 2003 kindly sent me same format

EOMONTH is part of the Analysis Toolpak, which is an Add-in in Excel 2003. Tick it in the add-ins list ( Tools/Add-Ins ), and try again.

Also for days difference between 2 dates, a simple subtraction will do:
=B2-A2
