If I want to get the numbers of comma (,) in my string. Is there a function to do that?

What is the shortcut key for Format Selection?
Ctrl+1 (the number one) will open the Format dialog for whatever is selected.
In VBA you could use the "Split" function.

Gary

Public Sub Test()

Dim iCount As Integer
Dim sText As String

sText = "a,b,c,d,e,ffff,gg,hhh,i,j,"

iCount = UBound(Split(sText, ","))

MsgBox iCount

End Sub
