How on earth do you set the fill color of a label or textbox on a worksheet? (not userform)

As simple as the title guys (n gals)... how do you change the fill color of a label or textbox on a worksheet? (Not userform).

I can't see any options to change the color anywhere, not in the properties option from the format control option, not in the ribbon.

How's it done?

Can you AutoAverage in Excel?
There is a drop-down next to the AutoSum symbol. Open the drop-down to choose AVERAGE, COUNT, MAX, or MIN
If your TextBox is from the Control ToolBox you can set its BackColor property by right clicking and choosing Properties (in Design mode).
