How Should i add a range to my SUMPRODUCT function

=SUMPRODUCT(--(JOET!$H$1:$H$4999>=O29),--(JOET!$H$1:$H$4999<=P29),--(JOET!$A$1:$A$4999=8568),--(JOET!$G$1:$G$4999>=1000))

at the end of this formula it will count all cells with amounts >=1000
I just need that to say 1000-14999.99, but don't know how to write a range of amounts to look for.

Just repeat the last part, which also check to see if it is less than the other number, i.e.
