how to add 3 criteria for bullish,bearish,sideway in excel formula?

i got below formula for 2 criteria but cannot get in 3 criteria. i want to set (bullish, bearish, side way) condition using excel formula. appreciate your advise.
=IF(OR(AND(G134>="up",H134<="down"),AND(G134<="down",H134>="up")),"bearish","sideway")

If you're comparing from previous day Tue is UP and Index change is DOWN from 7.95 to 3.97. With your criteria it should be Side way. Why Bearish?

G column is trade volume.When index heavy dropped and volume increased meaning investors looking bad on market. This indicated market was panic selling.
