Hello,

I have a pivot table with calenderised spend for each month of the year. These are are displayed in the data section of the pivot table. There is also a "year total" column at the end of this section.

I'd like to be able to create a new column that carries out a calculation on the "year total" and returns a value for each row. But if I create a calculated field I seem to only be able to put it in the data section? This means there is a calculation being done for each month and the "year total".

Please could you tell me if there is a way to create a new column for a calculated field?

Thanks

Stu
