HOW TO ADJUST CHART TO RECORD SET MINIMUM & MAXIMUM VALUES, need 2 charts

Hi, I have a chart that reflects the data set very well.

The only problem is that the bars for the lower values are so short and almost can't be seen. Maybe I should have 2 or more charts with a minimum/maximum? That would be acceptable.

Example: Chart1 only shows bars for value in the data set between these amount : $0.00 to $5,000
Chart2 only shows bars for value in the data set between these amount : $5,001 to $10,000.00

Is it possible to be able to manually enter a minimum and maximum dollar amount on the sheet somewhere -and if the user changes the minimum and maximum values that the chart will adjust automatically.

I am open to other resolutions. Here is my data set with dollars and percentages. The image shows the placement of all on the sheet. Thank you in advance.

Hello JuicyMusic. You may want to check out this reference I found for using VBA to scale axes. It appears to do what you are trying to do. Hope this helps get you started.
