How to auto lock a certain cell on a check box is check

good day everyone i had this problem in excel in where my worksheets has a certain range of cell that contains formula and it is already protected and i want that the cell in were they can able to encode the information will be lock once they check the finalize button. e.g. in A49:A65 and C49:C65 are the cell that are already locked and protected and on range B49:B65 is were they can input their data and once done the is this cell D45 in were i like to put my finalize check box and once check the cell range B49:B65 will be then locked and password protected as well. hope this is possible and someone could help me. thanks a lot...
