Hi, I have a spreadsheet that I designed for our trucking business (1 truck). In the spreadsheet I have an assigned id# to each shipper & consignee, along with their addresses. I have the pay breakdown from, dead head miles, to run loaded miles. Dates of pickup to delivery & when the loads come available.

I am trying to figure out how to populate my outlook calendar to tell me when the loads become available. I am an owner operator so this will help me to know which direction to go for a load. As of right now, I am manually entering the dates for loads, what type of load, along with pay per all miles, city, state.
I am running windows 7 64 bit, ms office 2007, excel, outlook. This is the locations of the information that I would need placed into the calendar for the date showing on (A1) Date of availability.

Location of information on spreadsheet . This is the Headers locations.

A1-Date available
C1-Type of load
I1-City
J1-State
AA1-Loaded miles
AB1-Total Miles
AC1-Gross Pay
AL1-Pay per all miles
AM1-Loaded pay per mile
I don't know if I have given enough information for you all to help me, but if you can point me in a direction to accomplish this I would be so grateful.

Thanks,
Tammy

Whats the difference between CONCAT and CONCATENATE?
The newer CONCAT function can reference a range of cells. =CONCATENATE(A1,A2,A3,A4,A5) becomes =CONCAT(A1:A5)
I have tried to import with outlook but it is not quite what I need. Please let me know if you need anymore information. Thanks
