How to avoid table color in printing

I use excel 2007 tables with colors and that make sheets very attractive. But how can i avoid the table in printing or color ranges because the B &W printing make the paper so black and it become hard to read.

Try checking the "Black & White" check box on the "Sheet" tab of the page set-up dialog box.
