Looking for a tutorial on how to save a thread to my bookmarks. Can't seem to find any information on how to do this.

Not sure what you mean by bookmarking a thread. Each message is an individual URL so I am thinking just bookmark the first message and the rest will be available from it... or if you are interested in a particular message, just bookmark it. You can get the URL in your browser by clicking the message number in the message's upper right corner.
