I have a pivot table (below) that shows NPS Results in a columnar format. Is there a way to calculate (subtract) the 'Promoter' score from the 'Detractor' score within the pivot table? For example: I would like a column listed as 'Difference' where Atlanta the result would be 11 (14 minus). I know how to create a calculated field when comparing two different fields, but is there a way to create a calculation of the results of one field when they are displayed in columnar format?
