how to calculate in and out time difference

woker's duty starts 10:00 AM and ends 6:00 PM
i set filed format to short time
but the duty hours are 6
how to calculate the duty time and extra hours
table name tblatten and fileds name [INTIME] and [OUTTIME] and work hours name [WHOURS]

Is this not as simple as outtime minus intime? Your values must contain the date portion if the intime is on one day and the outtime is on the next day.
