Hi,

Can anyone help with the following, as I'm somewhat stumped!

What I would like to be able to do, is when I choose my client from a dropdown list (Column E for the drop down, Column V for the list that will be displayed) it will drag the correct "In Hours" and "Out Hours" taht are associated with that specific client and input them into the coloured boxes inn the cost section.

Hopefully that makes sense, if anyone can point me in the right direction that would be great!!

Can Excel fill bagel flavors?
You can teach Excel a new custom list. Type the list in cells, File, Options, Advanced, Edit Custom Lists, Import, OK
What version of Excel are you using?

I suggest that you update your Account details (or click your user name at the top right of the forum) so helpers always know what Excel version(s) & platform(s) you are using as the best solution often varies by version. (Don’t forget to scroll down & ‘Save’)

Thanks for that.
How about
Excel Formula:
=XLOOKUP(E2,V3:V12,W3:W12,"",0)
and
Excel Formula:
=XLOOKUP(E2,V3:V12,X3:X12,"",0)
