Not sure exactly what to plug into the search engine

1. I have 2 queries
2. The first query is just of a table. The table contains all the catergory ID's, as well as the category descriptions.
3. The 2nd query searches an imported excel file for all data related to a customer name. It then adds up all the related categories.

I need a way to merge both queries. I need to show all the company's categories, and just have a zero next to those that the customer hasn't bought from.
