I have text (.txt) files in a folder. The text files are delimited with Tab. What i need to do is import the text files in to an excel template. The text file first line is having the column headings.
The template having the columns. I am able to import the text files from a folder. But, I am facing problem if the text file is not having the same number of columns it appending in the columns.

How to check whether the text file is having the same columns as Excel.
If not the file is not required to import.

I hope someone can help me...
Thanks for any help...
