how to confirm if the date sequence is correct

For every employee's work history, i need to confirm if the date sequence is correct. Any guidance please. A sample is given below:

Please verify what you meant by date sequence.
whatever you key in into any cell, you workbook will assume the date format is similar to what you set for your computer. If your computer is d/mm/yyyy and you enter 4/12/2020, then it will become General format, not date format; if this is what you meant

thanks sir for your reply, actually i want to make sure that the each employee has worked in any organization without overlapping the time period. So for each organization the time slab or tenure (employment period) generally should be different from other organization. If you requre any further query, please proceed.
