Ok, I copied the cells from sheet1 on the new sheet2 tried to paste special>Paste Link.
The problem with this is, the blank cells that have no value in sheet1 are shown as 0 in sheet2. How do I get blanks for blanks?

Yeah,, but that wont automatically link any new data added in sheet1. Ideally this is what I want.
There are data cells in Sheet1. Sheet2 contains a table of the cells in Sheet1 (I need this table in order to publish it as SharePoint lists).
If a new row is added in Sheet1 a new row is created in the table on sheet2 with the same data, if a row from sheet1 is removed row from table is removed
Enter any dummy data in sheet1 from A1 to C10, then in sheet2, A1 enter a formula =IF(Sheet1!A1="","",Sheet1!A1) then copy this formula accross from A1 to C10 and check it out...
